Steered a senior leadership initiative focused on people growth, retention and a culture of promotion-readiness. Designed a strategic plan for community management via newsletters and Town Halls to share knowledge, training opportunities, case studies and proposals.

Client: The National Cancer Institute (NCI) | Mgr Project Management Transformed a major strategic design initiative by establishing and implementing agile methodologies.
